1. Open VeilGuard in the Microsoft Store and click Get. No admin rights needed, and the Store keeps it up to date.
2. Look for the green shield in the system tray. It starts with Windows; remove it any time from Settings > Apps.
3. Right-click the shield to protect or unprotect the app you're in.

1. Download VeilGuard-Keyboard.apk on your phone. (The Google Play listing is in review.)
2. Open the file. If Android asks, allow your browser to install unknown apps, then tap Install.
3. Open VeilGuard Keyboard, read the privacy notice, and follow the two steps: enable the keyboard, then choose it.
4. Type in any app. Look for the green shield above the keys; it turns amber or red when something sensitive is in your message.

Optional: Settings > Voice, scan & stickers to allow the microphone and camera; Settings > Company to link a work phone.

1. At work: ask your IT admin to deploy it from the Microsoft 365 admin center (Integrated apps). That switches the send check on in Outlook on the web, new and classic Outlook for Windows and Mac.
2. For yourself: download manifest.xml, open aka.ms/olksideload, then My add-ins, Add a custom add-in, Add from File.
3. Press Send on an email with a card number: VeilGuard names what it found and offers Review in VeilGuard to mask it.

Checks run inside Outlook; nothing in your mail is sent to us. Teams: the Windows app checks the Teams desktop app at send.
